There are several settings that you can configure to provide
automatic functionality. These include:
- Automatically run at Windows startup.
- Automatically select the detected items after scanning.
- Automatically create backups before reparing registry.
- Check for Registry Easy updates automatically.
Scheduling
You can choose whether to run at the system startup by checking this option.
Automatic Selection and Backup
Registry Easy automatically backup the registry before any cleaning operation will be taken. It is strongly recommended not to disable this functionality. While Registry Easy selects all the detected items after scanning, you can always disable it if you want.
Updates
Registry Easy by default will not automatically check for updates each time it starts unless you check this option. You can also check for updates any time you want by doing the following:
Click the Check for Update button.
Alternatively, a shortcut option is given by right click the Registry Easy icon on the task bar (right bottom), and then choose Update online.
